Why We Built Roots Academy?
Roots Academy was born out of a shared frustration that Pushkar, Shashank, and Kishan observed after years of coaching in major education hubs. Every academic year, talented, hardworking students from Kundli and nearby areas were forced into an exhausting trade-off: spend two to three hours every single day stuck in traffic traveling to centers in Delhi or Rohini, or settle for local home tuitions that lacked structured materials and competitive benchmarking. The students who chose the daily commute arrived at tuition already drained of energy, only to be seated in massive, hundred-student lecture halls where teachers barely knew their names and questions went unanswered.
We knew there had to be a better, more humane way to prepare young minds for rigorous academic milestones. We decided to bring premier-quality coaching directly to TDI City, Kundli, anchored on three simple principles: small, capped batches where every student is seen and heard, senior subject mentors who stick with their students across the entire academic journey, and daily, on-desk doubt resolution right after lectures. What started as three passionate educators sitting in a room discussing curriculum has grown into an institute where middle schoolers build fearless fundamentals and senior secondary students approach board examinations, JEE, and NEET with rock-solid conceptual clarity and self-belief.
